The conference will be held at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
All entrants to USC Campus must pass Trojan Check, USC’s COVID-protection system, which entails a short questionnaire in which you attest that you are not symptomatic. The best way to access Trojan Check is through the Trojan Check website or downloading the USC Trojan Check app. Complete Trojan Check on the day of your entry to campus, and show the barcode to the guard at the gate.
In accordance with USC policy, all visitors entering campus need to show either proof of full vaccination or a negative test dated three days prior to date of entry. If do not have your vaccination, it is your responsibility to obtain a negative test before attending the conference.
Very limited parking is available at Lot 2 on the USC Campus. Parking here costs $2/hr, for a maximum of 8 hours. For more information about hourly parking, please visit the USC Transportation website.
Speakers & corporate sponsors will have parking spots reserved at the Downey Way Parking Structure. Please check in with the guards to confirm your reservation.
In order to access campus by car, you will need to enter through the McCarthy Way Entrance. Map apps may guide you towards the Downey Way or Watt Way entrances, but these are closed on weekends. For more information about entrance hours, please visit the USC Transportation website.
Lyfts & Ubers may sometimes enter campus, but can be unreliable. For best results, call the rideshare to and from USC Downey Way Entrance.
USC Campus is not accessible for non-students between the hours of 9pm and 6am. If you need to access campus at these times, please email [email protected] in advance.
